The Back Care Program

(Registered Program- max. 6 participants)

Our 4 month back care program is for you if you can say "YES" to any of the following questions: - Do you have recurring low back pain? - Have you stopped doing activities you enjoy? - Do you prefer live feedback as you exercise? - Do you want to improve you mobility, flexibility, strength and get back to where you feel good in your body and life?

  • 2 live exercise sessions weekly

  • Home exercise program

  • Pre-program assessment

  • Post program assessment

  • Weekly one-on-one coaching calls for the first 6 weeks then group calls for the remainder of the program

Small Group - Beginner/Intermediate Pilates

(Max. of 6 participants)

Mondays at 10:00 am

Tuesdays at 6:00 pm

Saturdays at 6:30 am

If working in a small group motivates you then this is the class for you. Be ready to build strength, endurance, better balanced muscles, improved mind-body connection and much more during our time together.

We keep our classes small so that you still get lots of feedback during the class.

Small Group - Gentle Pilates

The focus of this class is to improve joint mobility, strength and balance. Most of the exercises are performed in a chair

Small Group - Fascial Flow

(Max. of 6 participants)

Experience how movement and the fascial system affect each other through using various techniques and small equipment to bring about changes.

Private (1:1) Sessions

You prefer individualized guidance and modifications for your specific concerns and goals.

Duo (2:1) Sessions

Working out with another person gives you the extra motivation to reach your goals along with that detailed guidance at a more affordable price.
