Hazel Drakes

I have always had a passion for movement, having been a dancer and involved in numerous sports.

 

My certifications include Pilates, Barré, Balletone, Urban Poling, Fall Prevention Management, Fascial Movement, Post Natal Fitness and Older Adult Fitness.


Prior to immigrating to Canada, I worked for 20 plus years as a Registered Physiotherapist (Doctor of Physiotherapy) with a specialization in Older Adult Therapy and as a Wellness Coach.


I use my knowledge and experience to provide comprehensive, safe and individualized programs to empower my participants to get back to where they feel good in their bodies and life.


When I am not teaching, I can be found reading and creating tasty meals for my family (I like to think of myself as a gourmet chef of sorts 😁.
