Restore & Flow is a gentle, nurturing movement mat class designed to help you reconnect with your body through mindful movement, mobility work, breath, and restorative strength.

Each session combines flowing movement with grounding restorative exercises to help release tension, build stability, and support movement that feels more easeful in everyday life.

Solo(1:1) Sessions
Designed to support strength, mobility, and mindful movement, these sessions help you build resilience, confidence, and ease—all from the comfort of your home.
Minimal equipment is required. A mat is recommended, and optional small props such as light weights or resistance bands can be incorporated if available. However, if you have pilates equipment (eg reformer, stability chair ...), I am more than happy to use them during our sessions.
